Form square fast jack head in polished nickel features a compact 3 inch stem, rotates 360 degrees and tilts 180 degrees. Holds up to two accessory lenses or louvers, sold separately. Available in satin nickel and polished nickel as well as round and 2 head versions. Available for monorail, 2-circuit monorail and wall fast jack systems. Fast jack connector required and sold separately. One 75 watt, 12 volt, MR16, GU5.3 halogen lamp not included. Directional light distribution. 2.15W
