MR16 Dichroic Lens
Dichroics are used for architectural lighting to fiber optic color wheels, to precise band pass filters, to UV filters and hot mirrors for heat reflection. Available in blue magenta, cyan, dark blue, golden amber, medium blue, medium green, peach, pink magenta, red and yellow. Dichroic filters transmit light of a certain color and reflect its complementary color. They have little or no absorption. Color correction filters can be used to raise and lower color temperature. Good for color correction on mercury vapor, fluorescent, incandescent or halogen. UV filters meet UL standards. Available for MR11 and MR16 lamp options. 1.97 inch diameter.
