C3ALV 3 Inch Airtight Non-IC Magnetic 120/277V Housing
C3ALV Calculite Evolution 3 inch, New Construction, Non-IC, Magnetic, 120/277V, housing is made of drawn, 0.036 inch steel in a matte black finish. Features four slots that are positioned 90 degrees apart to spimplify alignment, and a 362 degree horizontal stop, lockable with a Philips screwdriver. Thick ceiling vertical adjustment mechanism to accommodate up to 2 inch think ceiling, toolless and lockable. Mounting bars piviot for easy attachment and wire-in below ceiling line. Pre-installed telescoping bars extend to accommodate 16-24 inch OC joist spacing. Bars can accommodate 12 inch OC joist spacing after a slight field modification. Integral nails for secure attachment to wood; attach to T-Bar ceilings with out the need of accessories. Meets NEC and UL requirements. Insulation must be kept 3 inches away from any parts of the luminaire and must not be placed above luminaire in a manner which will entrap heat. Includes 120/277 volt magnetic transformer. Lamp ratings based on trim selected, sold separately. UL listed.
