Miss K table lamp is designed by philippe Starck using a new innovative material that appears metallic silver when off and becomes transparent when lit, exposing the opaque inner diffuser. Frame is clear injection molded pmma polymethylmethacrylate. Inner diffuser is opaline polycarbonate. Available in clear, black, and red. Also available in S1, S2, S3 suspension versions. Inline dimmer switch included on clear cord. One 100 watt 120 volt BT15 medium base frosted halogen lamp included. General light distribution. Made in Italy.

I wish I could give this lamp a WOW factor of 10. It's stunning. I have the black and gold version, although I have also seen the clear in person and it's equally stunning. Two totally different looks. I haven't seen the red in person but I imagine it's beautiful. This lamp rocks
