Rl38 6 Inch New Construction Non Ic Housing
Universal housing for recessed down lights/new construction may be used with drywall, plaster or suspended ceilings. It may also be used in insulated ceilings with a minimum of 3 inches clearance on all sides. It has dual extension bars which are adjustable for 16 and 24 inch centers. Holding spikes are included. Hanger bars are extendible. Comes with adjustable socket mounting plate. Plaster frame has 1 inch vertical adjustment for variable ceiling thicknesses. Pre-wired junction box comes with pryout and wiring knockouts. Available options include T hanger bar and Chicago Plenum (sold separately). Fits most CTR series trims, max wattage 60W A19, 65W BR30, 75W PAR30, 100W A19, 120W BR40, 150W PAR38 or 250W R40 heat lamp. 6.375 inches outer diameter aperture. Housing is 11 inches wide x 7.5 inches high x 7.5 inches deep. UL listed for damp locations.
