4 inch low voltage Non-IC shallow remodel housing is equipped with thermal protection and is suitable for damp locations. Cannot be used in contact with insulation, each part of the case should be at least 3 inches from insulation. Electronic 120V / 12V converter included. Takes up to .9 inch thick ceiling. Below ceiling accessible. For use with MR16, max 42W 12V halogen lamps with compatible trims R2000, R2100, R2100V, R2100VT, R2051, R2450VT, S2000, S2051, S2100, T2000, T2000V (T2010V), T2000VL (T2010VL), T2000VS (T2010VS), T2000VLS (T2010VLS). Cutout 4.25 inch. Dimensions: 13.1 inch length, 5 1/4 inch width, 3.3 inch height. UL listed.
