Adaptables ADA1 wall sconce has a florentine silk shade in white with hand rolled edges. Includes white back plate. Optional clip-on metal grill can be added, sold seprarately. Non-electrical accessory sconce, which creates the illusion of a traditional candes sonce can also be added, sold separately. Two 13 watt, 120 volt, T4 GX23 compact fluorescent lamps required. Recommended installation no higher than 65 inches above the floor. UL listred for dry locations. ADA approved. 14W x 8.75H.
