Altrove 600 Wall / Ceiling Light features a perimeter structure in mirror stainless steel, lateral diffuser in matte finish prismoptic, reflector in polished aluminum, and front diffuser in engraved transparent methacrylate. One 80 watt, 120 volt LED module is included. UL listed. ADA compliant when used as a wall sconce.

    About Carlotta de Bevilacqua

    As a designer, entrepreneur and fully established university lecturer, Carlotta de Bevilacqua is one of the major players in the world of contemporary architectural and design.

    Graduated in 1983 in Architecture at Politecnico in Milan, she is the head of her architectural and design office and is responsible for architectural planning and interior decoration in Italy and worldwide, cooperating with other important architectural and engineering offices.

    As a designer of wide experience and Art Director of Memphis and Alias from 1989 to 1993, she developed important research on lighting, developing innovative concepts and products for Artemide. Such innovations have led to new performances, experiences and sensorial incentives in this area, such as Metamorfosi and A.L.S.O. She inquires into light and space aspects united to the faculty of producing wellness and giving new quality standards for life and man experience, carrying on her designer activity with Danese.

    Until 2004 Carlotta de Bevilacqua was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Brand Strategy & Development organization within the Artemide Group, with responsibilities in the areas of Marketing, Communication and Vision & Strategic Futures.

    In 1999 Carlotta de Bevilacqua acquired Danese, the leader in Italian design in the 60s and 70ss. In a very short time, she revived it, gaining new market shares and a new leadership.

    Since 2001 she is a fully established university lecturer for the lighting design project lab, course in Industrial Design, III Architecture Faculty Graduate Class, Design Faculty of Politecnico in Milan. At Politecnico in Milan Carlotta de Bevilacqua teaches also in Light Product Design Master and, from 1999 to 2001, she was a workshop lecturer and Project leader of innovative products within the Strategic Design Master (Mip) Program. From 2001 to 2004, she was a lecturer in the Design Master Program at Domus Academy in Milan. Carlotta de Bevilacqua frequently lectures at Bocconi University.Carlotta de Bevilacqua's presence at conventions and seminars, organized by Institutes qualified to explore the changes in the contemporary society and in the international markets, is very much appreciated.
