Perfect desk lamp. I got the one in black, and it's great. It looks great and I can use it to charge my iphone without having to crawl underneath the desk to plug it in. Great idea!
don't buy if you have small kids

Oh, I really really love this lamp. And I really really wish I'd thought twice before buying it, because I have three kids under the age of 7. It's gorgeous but I can't keep it on the table I'd wanted to because it's too low and the kids have easy access. Ditto with the bedside table. Fingerprints ALL over it.. . kind of ruins the look. It will be nice when I don't have to worry about this sort of thing anymore. Until then, I have to find a good place for it that's out of reach because I love it too much to return it.
great but smudges easily

This is really beautiful and Iove it but be careful: the chrome picks up smudges from fingerprints very easily, so try not to touch it so much, otherwise it looks like crap and you have to wipe it down. I figured out how to plug stuff in without getting it dirty. That's the only thing, otherwise, it's great. If it wasn't like you had to wear gloves to touch it, I'd say 5 stars.
