Skylark 5A Slide-to-Off Fan Control
Skylark 5A variable speed single pole fan control. Slide up to turn on fan/increase speed, slide down to decrease speed/turn fan off. For use with one or more ceiling paddle fans or exhaust fans (do not mix fan types on one control). Derating is required if ganged. Available gloss colors include white, ivory, almond, light almond, gray, brown or black. Matching wall plates sold separately. UL and CSA listed. Made in the USA.
