Onfale Table Lamp
The Onfale Table Lamp is designed in the shape of a mushroom and its diffuser and base is formed of handblown venetian glass featuring a transparent crystal edge. Available in small, medium and large size. Small is 10.25 inches high x 7 7/8 inch diameter and requires one 60 watt G16 1/2 incandescent lamp. Medium is 13 9/16 inches high x 11 inch diameter and requires one 60 watt plus one 25 watt G16 1/2 incandescent lamp. Large is 17 5/16 inches high x 14 3/16 inch diameter and requires one 40 watt G16 1/2 incandescent plus one 75 watt A19 medium base incandescent lamp. Dual switching for medium and large size. On/off switch on cord. Designed by Luciano Vistosi.
