Flexform wall / ceiling features etched acrylic diffuser panels and stainless steel finish. Panels available in white, eyecandy white or eyecandy blue colors. Suggested mounting to half box or with BX. Also mounts to octagon junction box or 4 inch junction box with round plaster adapter. Ships with optional junction box cover. Suitable for horizontal, vertical or ceiling mounting. One 24 watt 120 volt T5HO MiniBipin fluorescent lamp not included. 120/277 volt electronic ballast standard. UL listed for damp locations.
