The Party Wall Light, designed by Kranen and Gille, is inspired by a clan of strong, captivating personalities. Their cast ceramic faces bring to light our fascination with secrets, family dynamics and intrigue. Trailing edge and reverse phase dimming.
The Mayor is a character with a deeply fascinating and controversial personality. He is the prime member of a family of cast ceramic lamps. The Mayor thinks very highly of himself. The favorite son on the Duke of Obren, and brother to Bert, he experiences the privileged upbringing of an overindulged child.
Bert is the sombre member of the family, bright and full of potential but inevitably blinded and embittered by sheer jealousy. Son of the Duke of Orthen, and black sheep of the family, Bert always comes second to his brother the Mayor and resents it. His bitter attitude towards life shines through his stern facial traits.
Coco is the Leading lady, head of the family. After having a short affair with the Mayor and becoming pregnant with the twins Ted and Glenn, she has to drop her studies to find a way to survive. Luckily she skillfully manages to become financially independent by owning several patents and turning social situations to her advantage.
Glenn is the patriotic heart of the family. Twin brother of Ted, Glenn is one of Coco's sons, known as the good son. Home is hard to bear, together with the hardship of having a mother who has to work, makes Glenn pursue patriotic ideas and leads him to join the Navy.
Ted is the potential evil mastermind of the family. Twin brother of Glenn, Ted is one of Coco's sons The absence of a father and the toughness of being brought up by an ever plotting mother make him a reckless boy.
