Andrew Miller's Third Coast Provisions lends its vintage, chic vibe and seafood centric bites to Milwaukee, Wisconsin's evolving downtown.

Executive Chef and Partner Andrew Miller knows the importance of refined presentation within his culinary offerings and sought to match the quality of his food with an interior design just as eye-popping. Glamorous midcentury inspired light fixtures, nautical notes, and bright accents of gold and brass permeate throughout the space, giving both a glimpse into historic designs of a past Third Ward while reminding customers of Miller's refined, modern design eye.

The breathtaking entryway leads past the bar and to additional mezzanine dining space above where patrons can peer down upon the main dining room. While customers enjoy trendy craft cocktails and small plates of seafood, their eyes feast upon plaster tile representations of various sea creatures gliding among the incredible light fixtures and sea of illumination. Fixtures from Flos, Jonathan Adler, Feiss, Hudson Valley, and Arteriors adorn the space, showing the refined and variable selection of modern lighting while still maintaining a unified design.

The voyage below deck takes one to the latest addition to Third Coast Provisions, the comfortable, relaxed interior of their accompanying cocktail and oyster lounge, Oak and Oyster. Resembling the cavernous underbelly of a classic ship, wooden slats and nautical themed lighting surround as bargoers sip rum cocktails and bask in the warm, dim lighting below deck.
