The Candy Cheese Lid was inspired by colorful candy sold in the markets of design duo Humberto and Fernando Campana's homeland of Brazil. Having long been fascinated with glass as a material, the Campana brothers created this piece in collaboration with expert Czech glassmakers Lasvit. The cheese lid contrasts the transparency and shadows of handblown clear glass with bright stripes of color to create an eye-catching piece.
