One 120 volt, PAR30S short neck medium base halogen lamp is required, but not included. A complete fixture includes a frame-in kit and a trim kit, sold separately.

Lightolier is a company with a rich history of growth and innovation. Lightolier was founded in 1904, in the early days of electric lighting.
