The Sun3 3 Inch Square LED Recessed Uplight or Steplight is rated for outdoor/ocean front environments using a wet location electrical box, or used as an indoor fixture using a standard octagon electrical box. Features an 8.8 watt high powered warm white LED with a 16, 23, 36 or 47 degree precise focus, tempered glass lens with marine-grade aluminum beveled edge trim.
Can be powered with a 12V TE-60L-12 LED electronic low voltage (ELV dimming), or 12VAC T-150-12 or T-300-12 magnetic low voltage power supply (MLV dimming).
Accepts Dichroic color filters and other optical elements when used with the SUN3-LL(H) louver lens holder, sold separately.
Required remote transformer, junction box cover, wood spring clips (for installation in decks), and optional accessories sold separately.

Nice Quality and Good Support!
We put around 25 of these on both the exterior and interior of our new home in Colorado. They seem to be of great quality, they are weatherproof, and we like the light output and aesthetics. We had a couple of warranty issues, and PureEdge stepped up and handled them promptly.
These were recommended to me as step lights, and I'm very happy with them. Obviously, I didn't install them myself so I couldn't tell you how easy they are to install, but they look great. Very happy with the finished results.
Very clean and contemporary, high quality LED fixture. I have used these in clients' homes in a variety of settings- it's really versatile. I just ordered these for my own bathroom at home and i'm delighted.
These look equally in my bathroom, in my hallway, and outside on my deck. Our interior designer has a background in lighting design and recommended these for all around the house- she was right! I didn't realize what a huge impact lighting has on a place. These guys just give the finishing touch to every room they are in. I'm blown away! I guess they were not too hard to install but I didn't install them, so i couldn't really say.
