The Thinfit Series 4 Inch Downlight with external driver is suitable for new construction and remodel shallow ceiling space installations. IC and Air-tight rated. This downlight installs directly into the ceiling without the need for an additional j-box or recessed can. All wiring takes place inside the extruded aluminum external driver box which features a wire clamp for convenient installation and a large wiring space designed for daisy chain applications. Edge lighting technology. Easy to use spring action clips. Includes 10 watt, 120 volt LED module. Equivalent to a 65 watt incandescent light source. ETL listed. Energy Star. JA8 compliant. Suitable for wet locations. Optional accessories sold separately. See attached manufacturer reference for dimmer compatibility.
