Launched in 1994, the Michael Anastassiades studio set out to explore contemporary notions of culture and aesthetics through minimalist design. Positioned between fine art and industrial design, Anastassiades fixtures aim to provoke dialogue and inspire participation and interaction. Minimal and utilitarian, each design feels at once simple and sophisticated, from his critically acclaimed collaboration with Flos to his own iconic line. Michael's work has been featured around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the MAK in Vienna.
