After your order is submitted, please check for an e-mail confirmation sent to the address connected to your Lightology account. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information so you know when to expect your package.
Lightology Return Policy
Lightology is committed to your complete satisfaction when it comes to your Lightology purchase. If you are unsatisfied or an item is damaged, simply return your order within 14 days and receive a full refund on most products. To help you experience a quick and easy return, we require that you request an RGA number.
Please note the following exceptions:
Check all of your boxes within the first 24 hours, as Lightology cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged goods if we are not notified within an acceptable time frame.
Any sale, clearance or custom order is not eligible for returns. If the product is defective, Lightology will repair or replace the item.
Returned items must be in original condition in original packaging and be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items that have been installed or are not in original packaging may not be returned.
Bulbs are not returnable.
Non-stock items may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the list price.
Special Order Items or Custom Products cannot be returned. We clearly identify those products on the product details page.
