This thing was lighter than I thought it would be, which is better for installation!
In looking at this closely, the welds are good, and it looks to be of really good quality. Note that the light does come down kind of low - lower than I thought. It still fits well above the dining room table, but probably not a good idea for a 9 foot ceiling where people have to walk underneath. But that being said, I'm really happy with it - great light!

This pendant light is such a beautiful addition to my kitchen. We were able to install it in a very short amount of time, and it was easy. The black and brass go great with my color scheme. When lit, the perforated shade allows for light to go through and this makes a pretty yet subtle pattern on the counter and ceiling. I absolutely love this light.

This is a light we put up on our entryway on our back door. This light not only looks classy, it feels like it was make to last. I installed it myself so therefore I say it is great. I believe this will last a long time

Oh my goodness! This Metropolis 3-Light LED Pendant is art! It is stately, yet refined. It's so beautiful!!! The glass has a beveled texture to it that refracts the light in such a way it gives off this beautiful aura of light. Every single person who walks in my house comments how beautiful it is. It was even simple enough that my husband was able to install it in under an hour! I absolutely love this functional work of art!! The metals are strong and great quality, you can tell that quality was high on Maxims list of objectives when they designed this. Highly recommend!

I have really never seen a fan chandelier before now. This fan light is beautiful and very artistically designed is perfect for high ceilings when you want the aesthetic of a chandelier, but you need a fan to move air. It really is beautiful and a centerpiece of the room.

I am very impressed with the quality of this outdoor fixture. Nice, heavy aluminum, in a classic black with gold trim. It has real glass panels, which accents the total quality of the fixture. The two lights give you plenty of light. The styling is both classic and modern at the same time. It was easy to install and I am sure it will last many years. I am very pleased with this and will check out this brand of lighting next time I'm in the market for a fixture.

The Trim-Flush Mount Light in black was a perfect fit in my bedroom. It's nice & bright without being harsh.
It was easily installed & only took about 10 minutes I will definitely be using more of these lights in my home & I will be recommending these to other people to use.

This Fandalight is gorgeous! I love this new look for ceiling fans. It did not take long for my husband to install. The color matched my decor perfectly! Everyone that comes over to visit loves it as well.

I am so happy that I bought this for my new house!! It is an absolutely stunning light and the fan is amazing!! Different settings, love the farmhouse, rustic look but also so beautifully decorated! Everyone loves it and asks about it!! My remodeling clients have purchased a few after seeing mine!! Worth every penny!!! Love it!!
