Space Tour: Hollywood Loft

Co-founder of digital marketing agency The Edit, Fortner wanted her moody Hollywood Regency-style loft to be a bright, airy and organic space with a subtle 1970s feel. She hired the perfect person for the job: Renowned fashion and interior designer Erin Fetherston has a unique talent for making any space feel light and modern, yet warm and grounded.

Originally painted black or covered with black and gold wallpaper, Erin painted the walls and ceiling white to brighten the space. Vintage Turkish and Moroccan rugs with natural fibers add an earthy, organic feel to the concrete floor. With the exception of the spectacular brass chandelier by Bonazzi, the lighting has a simple, streamlined look. The charming LS Milk Jug Table Lamps complete a cozy seating area. Guthrie Wall Lights from Hudson Valley Lighting add a celestial feel to the spacious living room. Layers of ivory and white tones throughout create texture and depth, making the space absolutely ethereal.
