Space Tour: Osgood O'Neil Salon

When it comes to salons, lighting is everything. From cut and color to makeup, proper lighting is the only way to guaranty a client leaves happy. With a good amount of natural light flooding in from the large storefront windows, Lightology helped create a space with balance. PureEdge Lighting's ultra modern architectural systems were used throughout, creating a chic aesthetic while keeping the visual field open. Soft Strip cove lighting accentuates a reflective arched hallway, guiding visitors along, but the real star is Lazer Line, shooting across the salon's high ceilings in futuristic fashion.

The Osgood O'Neil Salon has trained hundreds of stylists and colorists through its extensive apprenticeship program. Creating zones within the space was crucial to organizing tasks and managing high-volume foot traffic. Spacious workstations feature high-end LED mirrors with plenty of color-accurate lighting, while the moody lounge area makes you feel like you have been transported to a trendy cafe, with matte black fixtures and gold accents.
