Fits a 2 x 4 inch vertical switch box. Includes conversion plate for 4 inch junction box. Can be installed as a plug-in or hardwired fixture. Includes 8 foot cord and two 12 inch cord covers. Fingertip touch dimming on backplate.

Let me clarify first that I am reviewing 2 lighting fixtures that were the same item. The first one arrived, was somewhat easy to install, had it ready to go, then we realized that the glass lens would stay attached. Apparently it was supposed to be kept in place with magnets, however, they didn't work. I contacted Customer Service several times and was finally asked to send photos of the issue as it was difficult to explain the problem. CS said it had to contact the manufacturer. I again had to take the initiative to find out what was happening with this item. This took place over the course of several weeks. Finally, out of the blue, a replacement fixture arrived. That one is perfect. Love its good looks plus it is extremely functional and unobtrusive. Instructions were included to return the broken lamp, which we did. Bottom line is that we would order this item again as we believe the first one was a fluke.
