Mogens Lassen designed the ML42 Stool in 1942 for a furniture exhibition held at the Danish Museum of Decorative Art. Inspired by the utilitarian stools used by shoemakers, Lassen updated the design with a modernist touch. The ML42 Stool is still manufactured in Denmark today with a focus on quality and expert craftsmanship.
