The Sampei, designed like a fishing rod, flexible and telescopic, is delicate and elegant which brings to mind the subtle branches of a willow tree or bamboo canes floating on a light breeze. Matte White includes a white cable and Black includes a black cable. Includes LED driver with cord and plug. On/off switch and dimmer on driver.

    About Enzo Calabrese

    Enzo Calabrese, architect and industrial designer, was born in Brindisi in 1961.

    Enzo has his professional studio in Pescara where he lives and works. He has a PH.D and does both research and is a Professor in Architectural Composition at the Faculty of Architecture of the G.D'Annunzio University. He was Councilor for Urban Planning, Visiting Researcher at the C.C.A.C. of San Francisco, and at the College of Environmental and Landscape Design at the University of California, Berkeley.

    Enzo won the Compasso d'Oro 2014 and EDIDA International Design Award 2012 prize; Candidate INDEX Design ADI Compasso d'Oro 2007; Tercas award; Europan 6 International Award.
