Suzanne Duin created a line of woven light fixtures that are handmade by artisans in South Asia. The shade is made of water hyacinth, which brings a textural artistry to the composition. Equally sophisticated is how the thin stem is wrapped in the same natural material. The black finish on the woven lamp beautifully contrasts the beige tones. On/off foot switch.

Duin acquired her firm, GB Design, Inc. after her mother's retirement. Her design studio, situated above the Maison Maison showroom, is where she creates individual styles that are an expression of her clients' lives and interests.Duin's residential practice and showroom are known for their distinct combinations of hand-selected European antiques from her travels abroad and clever reinventions of peculiar objects. Originally founded in 1988 as a purveyor of historic garden furnishings, Atlanta-based Currey & Company is known today for its stunning and diverse array of lighting products.
