Includes handset, wall mounted holder, and RF receiver; 004 Wall Control- Uses one circuit (two wires), provides three fan speeds and On/Off/Dimming light function; 005 Wall/Remote Combo- includes 003 handset, 004 wall switch, RF receiver, handset holder, and switchplate.
