The Drip/Drop P/131 Floor Lamp features a slim frame ornamented at the top by a petite lamp shade made of fine borosilicate glass or polycarbonate. While minimal in form, the Drip/Drop is packed with function including a USB charging port on the base, a round tray table lined with taupe coated fabric, and an LED light that provides warm illumination. This piece fits perfectly into living rooms, offices and lounges. Weight capacity of the tray is 4.41 lb. On/off switch on cord.
Note: The Drop shade shape is not available in Opal Polycarbonate.

About Christophe Mathieu
Born in Hamburg in 1961, Christophe Mathieu graduated in Interior Design from the School of Applied Art and Artistic Trades (la Llotja), in Barcelona, having been on placement in Hamburg collaborating with Nitz, Prash and Sigl Architects. Subsequently, he lived for three years in Milan, where he collaborated with: the architect Marco Zanuso Jr. in the development of products for companies such as De Padova, Menphis and Driade; the architects Roberto Menghi y Giulio Crespi; the industrial designer Sergio Coppola and the architect Antonio Zanuso in the prize-winning project for the Piazza della Republica.
His time in Milan had a profound effect on him. In 1989, he decided to move to Barcelona where he collaborated with Alfredo Arribas, Eduard Sams and Javier Mariscal. Companies with which he has worked are: Bosa, Artelano, Disform, Metalarte, Bover, Chupa-Chups, Smint, Nike, Bticino, Comas & Partners y Marset.
