        I AM A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE.. THIS CHAIR CAME SERIOUSLY DAMAGED 3 TIMES, AND THE WRONG CHAIR WAS SENT ONCE, FOR A TOTAL OF 4 DELIVERIES. EACH TIME I HAD TO PAY MY RECIEVER FOR THE DELIVERY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE NAME OF A REPRESENTATIVE AND EACH TIME I BELIEVE I WAS COMMUNINCATING WITH A NEW PERSON. I WAS NEVER OFFERED AND COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME DEALING WITH THIS AND I STILL DONT HAVE A CHAIR AND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS. I HAVE RECENTLY ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL THIS ORDER AS MY CLIENTS ARENT INTERESTED ANYMORE.
