About Mark Moussa

Dallas-based entrepreneur Mark Moussa founded Arteriors, a leading resource for decorative accessories, residential lighting, and accent furniture, in 1987. Moussa, a veteran of the home accents business, comes by his sense of international home style naturally.

From his childhood, he worked in his father’s decorative accessories import firm. Today Moussa and his design team create products in brass, bronze, nickel, wood, glass, leather, ceramics, and porcelain, to withstand the demands of contemporary interior and the tastes of the design savvy.

As he says, “I’ve been a part of home product design since I was very young, and I’ve known some of my suppliers since they worked with my father.” Moussa’s deep-rooted sense of tradition and his experience-based knowledge are reflected in the products offered by Arteriors. Moussa is also the founder of Mottega, a lighting e-tailer that has been focused on easy customization since 2011.
