About Annet van Egmond & William Brand
The Dynamic duo of William Brand and Annet van Egmond are the keen designers behind a selection of glamours fixtures.
Brand graduated at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht the Netherlands where he trained as an architect. Van Egmond attended the same school where she as sought a degree as a sculptor. The team has been working for 18 years as independent product designers.
William and Annet are responsible for the design, the art-direction and are founders of Brand van Egmond.
The collection includes 'prt-a-porter' lamps as well as 'tailor-made' products, especially designed for individual clients. With their studio/laboratory background they make 'haute couture' pieces for an international public as well as for residential projects. They work with creative leading architects and interior designers on special projects for hotels, clubs and restaurants.

The Brand Van Egmond studio has become an international trendsetter in creating innovative, independant lighting designs. Brand Van Egmond obtained international fame 20 years ago with their first lighting sculpture, 'Chandelier' that has become an instant icon.
