AIM Pendant is constructed from a varnished aluminum sheet with an optical polycarbonate shade and internal reflector of photo-etched ABS. The cable can be adjusted to allow the fixture head and light distribution to be aimed. Cable length 354 inch allows lamp to be suspended up to 116 inches from the ceiling. Hardwire option dimmable with TRIAC dimmer, sold separately. NOTE: Some plug-in options are no longer available.

About Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec
Brothers and designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec have been working together for over fifteen years. Bonded by diligence and challenged by their distinct personalities, the brothers have explored the designs with their unique approach to the industrial world.. Their Paris based studio houses a number of art-driven minds that specializes in small objects as jewellery to spatial arrangements and architecture, from craftsmanship to industrial scale, from drawings to videos and photography.
The Bouroullec portfolio includes a range of illustrious collaborations with studios such as Artek, Alessi, Axor Hansgrohe, Cappellini, Established & Sons, Flos, Hay, Kettal, Kvadrat, Kartell, Glas Italia, Ligne Roset, Magis, Iittala, Mattiazzi, Mutina, Nani Marquina, Samsung and Vitra.
FLOS was founded in 1962. The very same year FLOS lighting began producing a number of lamps that were to become classics in Italian industrial design. From the very outset, FLOS has been distinguished by its high quality approach to lamp design and production. Many of the numerous lamps designed for FLOS are undoubtedly some of the best-known and most successful products of industrial design. They have won awards and historical-critical accolades, and are included in all the most important collections and design museums around the world.Some significant product examples over the last forty years are: Parentesi (1970), Brera (1992), Fucsia (1996), Rosy Angelis (1994), the Romeo Moon (1996), Archimoon (1998) series and the recent Diabolo (1998). Throughout the nineties the work of Achille Castiglioni and Philippe Starck has been flanked by a series of products from new and other designers. This reflects a desire to keep the attitude to discover the most talented designers to maintain FLOS leadership in innovation.
