The 4 Inch PAR New Construction IC Housing is designed for use with Eurofase 4 Inch trims, in insulated ceilings and direct contact with insulation. Unless there is access from above via the attic, the size of the box makes insulated housings suitable only for new construction applications.
Double wall airtight construction limits airflow between the attic and living areas. A thermal protector is included. The cut hole size is 4.375 inches.
Note: A complete fixture requires a housing and trim, sold separately.
