The Kyoto Table Lamp features a geometrically patterned frame of solid brass encircling a white glass column for a chic, layered look. The base houses an included LED bulb to provide a subtle nightlight. A three-way switch allows the main bulb in the shade (not included), the nightlight, or both bulbs to be turned on or off to set the ideal light level. A tapered linen shade caps the lamp with a neatly tailored accent.

Deirdre Jordan's work is informed by the timeless, elemental forms of modernism and the constant process of shaping modern design for our lives today. Jordan's formal education includes a BFA in Design from the University of Kansas and an MFA in Interior Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. This background in architecture and design has helped shape her aesthetic as she has ventured into product and lighting design. In 1999, Jordan and her husband Bob Robinson founded furniture company Troscan Design, which has since expanded to include The Maker's Guild and Room 406 to enable product collaboration with craftspeople in metal, textiles, ceramics, and glass.
