According to the manufacturer concrete installation is not recommend for this fixture. For information on fixtures that would be suitable for concrete installation please contact our sales department.
Are these fixtures ok to be installed in concrete?

Answer
It doesn't specifically say that it's not recommended for installation into concrete. For this application they suggest either the 1551, 1553, or 1557.
