The Amelia Pendant has the ostentatious and basic form that accentuates and explores the elegance and balance between two handcrafted materials with their smooth finish. The tubular shape with its edged terrace combines two honest materials that give a slight flavor of the 1950s. Available with a Saman Wood shade and Brass or Black powder-coated finish. Saman wood is a tropical wood from Mexico with fine texture and open grains. Canopy: 4 inch diameter. Handcrafted in Mexico.

Designer David Pompa creates with passion and experimentation in mind. Both Austrian and Mexican, David founded studio davidpompa in 2008 to explore Mexican materials, an idea that spawned from David's first interaction with Barro Negro, a material he discovered in Oaxaca.
