The NPS Spot Halogen Deck Light is ideal for illuminating bushes and trees from ground level. The luminaire has been designed with a .50 inch NPS base which can be easily fixed to a Hunza Lighting Super Spike, Tree Mount, or any .50 inch NPS fitting. Features a fully adjustable head allowing 360 degree rotation and 0-90 degree elevation. IP66 rated for wet locations. Required transformer and optional accessories sold separately.

Answer
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer a surface mounted base. They only offer the in ground spike or a tree mount. However, the fixture will work with any NPS fitting.
