The Whipser 700 Watt Tru-Universal Dimmer merges a traditional toggle switch and paddle switch for a unique modern design. The accompanying slider allows for dimming control with a minimal appearance. Available in a White, Graphite or Magnesium finish. Works with virtually any 120 volt dimmable lamp and load on typical residential and light commercial wiring. Auto-calibration feature automatically sets the minimum voltage for any lamp, eliminating flicker and poor performance. Preset, single pole and 3-way operation. Integrated locator status light which provides illumination and makes it easier to locate in the dark. Designed to support incandescent, halogen, LED or CFL loads. Rating: Incandescent/Halogen ELV up to 700 watts. Incandescent/Halogen MLV up to 500 watts. LED/Compact Fluorescent up to 450 watts (not compatible with 0-10V LED drivers). Tru-Universal requires Neutral. Requires Adorne wall plate, sold separately.
