The Pure Ceiling Fan with Light features three blades at a 12 degree pitch and a 48 inch span that includes and integrated LED. This ceiling mounted fan has a 10 inch drop from the ceiling and four speeds making it the perfect addition to any home. Available with a Brushed Nickel finish and Silver blades, Coal finish with Coal blades, or a Flat White finish with Flat White blades. Includes WC116L wall control that controls the speed of the fan as well as turning the fan on/off with dimming capabilities. ETL listed.

We loved this fan until we didn't. Positives, it's compact, quiet and looks nice. Purchased in 2021 and installed in child's bedroom. Fan was run almost every night. 3 years later and the fan has almost completely stopped working. Only the lowest speed works. A Minka Aire fan should last longer.

I can't speak to the installation, we had electricians install them, but we have one in each of our three bedrooms. They are sleek, stylish, and whisper quiet! Love the dimmer, but wish the light got even dimmer. Love that the fan has 4 levels.

I purchased 5 of the PURE fans in white. The biggest issue we had with this model is the alignment of the bottom edge of housing over the motor assembly. The housing and motor both attach to the mounting plate. However, when installing the housing, you will find an uneven gap between the housing and motor. This happened on each of the 5 fans installed. In an attempt to make the gap more even, I adjusted the screws which hold the rubber bushings to the housing element (there are 4 total). I increased the gap of two bushings opposite the narrow gap between housing and motor, and it helped a little. The end result is a larger gap between housing and ceiling on one side, which was the unfortunate side effect of correcting the gap between housing and motor at the low end of housing. The other issue you'll notice is that the fan switch is deeper than a typical Dacora type switch body. If you have a shallow box, you may have problems fitting the switch in, and will need a deeper box or box extender. You will also notice that the sliders for the light and fan operation are not the smoothest, so be careful and don't force them. I expected more from MinkaAire, but at this price point, it now makes sense why the issues described exist. It's still an aesthetically pleasing fan, but lower your expectations if you already own an Artemis or more expensive model.
