What do you think about this product?
Other than a stuttering red LED light functio
When we purchased two Vail 52 LED SMART fans 2 control units were included in the installation. Overall I am pleased with the remote controls. They have been working for 3 months without incident. The included mounting hardware is odd however. The control puck itself has a non-magnetic base that can be installed to a wall. I cannot figure out how to install the HIRO on nearby walls. Right now the two HIRO controls are floating around our living spaces. Please consider giving users more visual support documents so that end-users won't misplace these expensive remote controls!
Always needs to re-pair and rarely works
Had a fan with this remote for over a year now. It needs to be re-paired with the fan almost every day and we've given up. We just use the manual switch underneath. Terrible for the price.
