don't deal with Lightology unless you are 100 sure that you are going to keep the item ... they don't do exchanges ... you have to return the item and then purchase the item that you want ...; they don't issue a pick up --- you must get the item to UPS or your carrier of choice yourself ... I suggest that you lie and tell them an item is damaged then they might help you ... I am sorry that I was honest and told them the item did not work ... I should have told them the item was damaged ... the stool itself is wonderful --- it just isn't the right color
