Inspired by a bold, modern reinterpretation of rural living, the Haybale Lounge Chair and Footstool evokes the look of stacked haybales. The plush, quilted cushions are accented by fabric straps, which add a distinctive decorative element. The lounge chair and footstool can be used independently or placed next to each other to create an elongated chaise.

Born in North Carolina and educated at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Nicholas Baker founded his New York City-based design studio in 2017. Guided by one simple philosophy, to create objects that embrace a delightful future, Baker designs furniture, lighting, and household objects.
