The carved marble creation was inspired by one of the most famous gowns of a leading French courtier and costume designer. The flowing lines that intersect with the veining in the marble infuse the piece with a marvelous textural quality and a sense of movement. The show stopping blue sculpture, which is mounted on a black base, will have variations on its surface due to the natural veining of marble.
