Like a wave captured in motion, the Bonaventure Bowl is full of dynamic and ethereal energy. The pale gray mouthblown glass features delicate textural striations across its surface, achieved by swirled while thin white glass rods around and into the bowl. The shape is realized when molten glass is allowed to drop from the blowing pipe into an orb and is carefully shaped by hand before being cut at the top with scissors to form its final silhouette.
