Ilenia Viscardi

Ilenia Viscardi was born in Brianza, Italy, a region famous for its tradition of carpentry and craftsmanship, and she developed an interest in architecture and design from an early age. After graduating from the Politecnico di Milano, Viscardi began working both in Italy and abroad as an interior designer of residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. She has also designed furniture and lighting for leading brands, including her 2021 Archiproducts Award-winning Flora armchair for Flou Spa. Viscardi's designs are based on a respect for the surrounding environment and creating scenarios in which the client can feel a sense of belonging.
