Morten + Jonas

Based in Oslo, Morten & Jonas is a dynamic Norwegian design studio formed by Morten Skjrpe Knarrum and Jonas Norheim, who began working together after earning their master's degrees in furniture and spatial design from the Bergen Academy of Art and Design in 2011. Since then, the duo has gained international recognition, participating in exhibitions worldwide. Their design philosophy is centered on a curious approach to expression, materials, and human visual perception, with the goal of creating objects that bring joy and capture attention. Driven by their engagement with people, culture, and form, they are dedicated to challenging both the physical and visual qualities of materials and industrial techniques to produce work that is both interesting and beautiful.
