Mathieu Lehanneur
Mathieu Lehanneur (born 1974) is a French multidisciplinary designer who weaves together science, art, and technology in a poetic, human-centric approach. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Creation Industrielle (ENSCI) in Paris and went on to found his studio, where he works across product, spatial, and experiential design. His philosophy centers on designing for human well-being - his work with air, water, light, and sound seeks to provoke wonder, encourage awareness, and subtly shift how we inhabit spaces. Collections and installations by Lehanneur have entered the MoMA, Centre Pompidou, and other major collections, and he has collaborated with luxury and technological brands while also engaging in speculative, experimental projects that blur the boundary between design and art.
