Terms & Conditions

• Designers, Architects, Contractors and Builders who maintain an annual spend of at least $30,000 (net) are eligible to join our Trade Platinum program
• Commercial Lighting Representatives, Distributors, Showrooms and Factories do not qualify for our Trade Platinum Program
• Eligibility will reviewed each year based off prior year’s revenue from JAN 1 – DEC 31
• Accounts will qualify for the program at any point in which they reach $30,000 (net) for the current year
• No restock on items listed on our website that show a restocking fee.
• 60 Day Return Policy applies to standard product which adheres to our Return Policy. Custom product is not eligible for returns
• $500 annual credit will be placed on Trade Platinum accounts at the beginning of the calendar year, and can not be carried over into future years
• Free Gift will be sent within two weeks of acceptance into the Trade Platinum program
• Only items shipping via UPS Ground/Small Parcel qualify for Free return shipping. LTL/freight orders will be charged return shipping cost.
