Frozen Bowl

SPEC #: LAS1138263

ID: CG014BA-0XX00-0100S1

Designed by Maxim VelčovskýRead Bio

Inspired by the transformation of water into ice, designer Maxim Velcovsky sought to incorporate the element of randomness into the design of the Frozen Bowl. Each bowl is created by spilling glass over a metal form, resulting in a one-of-a-kind structure due to the unique paths the glass takes in the process. While the Frozen Bowl's distinctive form allows it to stand alone as sculptural piece, it particularly shines in a grouping of multiple pieces to highlight each's unique form.
